EUROCAM is a recognised non-state actor (NSA) of WHO.
As a recognised NSA, EUROCAM is invited to attend WHO Europe Regional Meetings.
This year our Chair, Elisa Baldini along with Executive Committee member, Miranda Ruchtie led high-level strategic meetings to embed Traditional, Complementary, and Integrative Healthcare (TCIH) priorities into regional health strategies. They were joined by Dr. Hiba Boujnah of Charité Berlin and EUROCAM’s first-ever youth delegate.
EUROCAM delivered two impactful statements to Member States, spotlighting the role of TCIH in promoting Healthy Ageing and advancing Child and Adolescent Health. Our youth delegate took the floor with a powerful intervention on the latter, earning high praise from WHO Europe Regional Director, Dr. Hans Kluge, who commended her as “formidable” and expressed his deep appreciation for her contribution.
